Return and Exchange Policy

While we hope you always enjoy your Aselia products, of course, we are happy to offer a return for any unwanted items.

Please read the details below if you need to return your purchase:

Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.

Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with the safety sticker still sealed (unsealed items are unreturnable).

– Details of the return request

– A clear picture of the invoice and products received.

You will be responsible for the shipping & handling charges of your return. Only in the case in which you received damaged merchandise will the shipping & handling charge be covered by Aselia.

All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase or to the Vodafone Cash Wallet in case of COD (Cash on Delivery).

Returns will be processed within 10 working days from the date we received the return.

If you choose to return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, a discount, or free shipping, only the paid value will be refunded excluding the shipping fees.

Once we have received your package, provided the items have been accepted, your refund will be issued. Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment methods. Processing the refund may take up to 5 – 10 working days.

Refunds don’t include shipping fees as it is non-refundable; it only applies to the value of the items purchased.

EXCHANGE POLICY

In the case of defective items, wrong orders, or the order arrived damaged from the courier Aselia, you can arrange an exchange for the same or any other Aselia item. All shipping & handling charges will be covered by Aselia.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted through our website.

Please contact us if you no longer want to receive your order. Your order will be handled as a return, subject to the above return policy and any applicable processing delays.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

In the case of defective items, wrong orders, or the order arrived damaged from the courier Aselia, you can arrange an exchange for the same or any other Aselia item. All shipping & handling charges will be covered by Aselia.
